Anna began her Kundalini journey in London a decade ago. After pursuing all different types of yoga, it wasn’t until she discovered the completeness of Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan, that she embarked on her training with Karam Kriya School. She starts her day during sunrise with her Sadhana practice. A perfect way to clear her subconscious mind and set her own vibration high for the coming day, ready for whatever it may bring.

Each Kundalini Yoga class consists of a powerful Kriya, which is a combination of Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath work), Meditation, Mantras and Mudras. Each aspect plays a role towards a specific theme. For example, this could be detoxing the kidneys, opening the heart, eliminating stress, strengthening the aura, improving lung circulation. There are over 8000 Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga, which is one of the reasons why Anna enjoys teaching it so much. She loves the creativity of teaching different themes to reflect the students needs, the seasons, the moons etc with carefully selected mantra music.

Each of Anna´s classes are for one and a half hours and include a beautiful Gong Deep Relaxation at the end of the class during Savasana. Her intention behind every class she teaches and her own self-practice is for everyone to leave the room feeling elevated, relaxed and more connected to their own mind, body, spirit.

Anna has created the space to reflect the sunrise for Sadhana indoors or outdoors with mountain views. Moon rises for Gong Meditations. Live mantras played by Andy.

Anna also teaches at global events and at Ra Ma Mallorca.
